I’m very pleased to offer this petite 1940s crystal chandelier!
The chandelier is not large, being 14-inches wide. It’s ideal for a foyer, bathroom, or small bedroom.
There are five wheel-cut shades, with lovely vine/grape designs. I love that these are extant, and undamaged.
The crystals are distinctive, and also original to the fixture.
The chain and ceiling canopy were missing. I used period-correct replacement parts. These are brass, and will develop a patina. Or, I could polish the lower part of the fixture; just let me know!
I have not restored the fixture yet. The visible wire will be new and cloth-covered. The socket covers will be new. The rest of the wiring will be new.
This fixture will be shipped ready to hang, and with all the mounting hardware needed!
DETAILS: The fixture accepts standard base 60W bulbs (not included).
COLOR: Brass. Glass.
SIZE: See above. As well, the fixture hangs down 23-1/2-inches wide. I can remove up to 3-inches of chain; I can add chain.
CONDITION:
- There are some small chips to the crystals.
- The sockets are original (and in fine shape) and will have new wiring and paper insulators.
- The shades are undamaged.
