1940s ceiling pendant. Ideal for rustic cabin

1 in stock

I’m very pleased to offer this 1940s pendant fixture!

The fixture is a faux oil lamp. Note the smoke bell. I love that this small feature is still intact (such bells are normally missing).

The main shade retains its distinctive original orange-ish color.

The fixture is in good condition for its age. It is not mint. While the wiring is all new (and cloth-covered like the original), the painted finishes show their age with age spots and tonal irregularities. As such, the fixture is ideal for a rustic cabin (as opposed to, say, a finely finished kitchen).

With all new wiring, this fixture is ready to hang, and comes with all the mounting hardware needed!

DETAILS: The fixture accepts one standard base 60W bulb.

COLOR: The shade is an orange-ish color. There is a frosted white glass shade. Other components are copper.

SIZE: The fixture hangs down about 20-inches and is 13-inches wide. I can add chain.

  • I love writing this: there’s no damage.
  • The socket is original (and in fine shape) with new wiring.
  • The painted finishes are described above.

SHIPPING: Insured shipping in the Continental US will be…FREE!
