1930s French bird pendant by Boris Lacroix

1 in stock

I’m very pleased to offer this striking 1930s French pendant by Boris Lacroix!

The lower opalescent glass shade is, well, dazzling. Spectacular! When lighted, the five birds in high relief become magically iridescent. Stunning! The shade is signed “LA+”, the Lacroix signature (see last photo).

The upper, flat shade features frosted birds.

The metal fittings are chrome-plated.

If you are looking for a rare, museum-quality fixture, then this knock-out might be ideal.

With new sockets and wiring, this fixture is ready to hang, and comes with all the mounting hardware needed!

DETAILS: The fixture accepts three calndeabra base 60W bulbs (not included).
COLOR: Chrome. Glass. See above. The shade is a pale pink with clear glass accents. The canopy is cream with a deeper pink band.
SIZE: The fixture hangs down about 20-1/4-inches. The upper shade is almost 21-inches wide.
I love writing this: there’s no damage save a tiny chip to the inside edge of the flat shade. This cannot be seen.
The porcelain sockets and wiring are new.
SHIPPING: Insured shipping in the Continental US will be…FREE!
